The Board of Directors of Wafa Assurance held on September 14, 2022 appointed Badreddine Belghiti Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Wafa Assurance in charge of the Business Insurance Division from January 1, 2023.
He will succeed Hakima Al Qoh who has planned to exercise his retirement rights at the end of 2022 and to whom Wafa Assurance will pay a warm tribute, when the time comes, for the exceptional career within the Group. As part of his new assignments, Mr. Belghiti will put his know-how and expertise at the service of the other divisions for the management of banking partners and the quality of automotive service.
He will be part of the Comex, the Group’s steering body, and will therefore join the company full-time at the beginning of next year. The new Deputy CEO graduated from the Mohammadia School of Engineering in 1991 and holds an MBA from ESCP Paris in 2003. He has 30 years of experience in the insurance sector to his credit.
